Kerith's mission is to guide people to tune into and focus on their strengths, both in body and spirit. She offers both Acupuncture and Life Coaching sessions, as she has found offering support for both body and life has been most helpful to her patients.
She received her Masters in Acupuncture from the Tri-State College of Acupuncture and is Nationally Board Certified with NCCAOM.
As an acupuncturist, she believes everyone has the keys to their own healing and considers her role to be a catalyst in the healing process. Her expertise is in relieving muscle & joint pain (specializing in trigger point release /dry needling), headaches, stress/anxiety, digestion, insomnia, PMS/Menopause and scar tissue release. She also uses Reiki, essential oils and meditative visualization as supportive tools in each session. Seeing first hand that many ailments are emotional in root, she offers a safe space for patients to explore deeper levels of self, to get to the heart of the issue and heal.
Kerith studied at Health Coach Institute and offers Transformational Coaching to support people in moving past obstacles that keep them from the life they envision. Her coaching guides people back to seeing their true power and how all things are possible. She outlines specific weekly actions, coupled with unique, thought provoking tools to reveal where blocks are and how to remove them. She focuses her work mainly in the areas of relationships and career coaching but knows coaching helps in all areas of life.
Believing one has to do their own internal work in order to help others, she maintains a daily meditation practice, commits to body movement in yoga or the gym and tries to stay on a healthy diet, although she does have a weakness for chocolate mousse! She is grateful for all of the people who have come into her life to teach her about healing, growing through adversity and love.
