A holistic wellness program for kids ages 6 and up. Each week you will learn a new mediation or mindfulness technique, you will create a gratitude journal and healthy recipe log, learn a different topic each week focused on nutrition and wellness and learn hands on recipes that you will make and take home.
Through the use of various sound tools, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and chimes participants will be led on a sound journey to a place of deep relaxation. Bring what you need to be comfortable on the floor. Yoga matts, blankets and bolsters are available.
