Kerith studied at Health Coach Institute and offers Transformational Coaching to support people in moving past obstacles that keep them from the life they envision. Her coaching guides people back to seeing their true power and how all things are possible. She outlines specific weekly actions, coupled with unique, thought provoking tools to reveal where blocks are and how to remove them. She focuses her work mainly in the areas of relationships and career coaching but knows coaching helps in all areas of life.
Believing one has to do their own internal work in order to help others, she maintains a daily meditation practice, commits to body movement in yoga or the gym and tries to stay on a healthy diet, although she does have a weakness for chocolate mousse! She is grateful for all of the people who have come into her life to teach her about healing, growing through adversity and love.
